With a mechanical engineering background from the Durban University of Technology, IEC Operations Management (part of Management Development Program), in Strategic Management with the Independent Institute of Education and a member of the Clinical Engineering Association of South Africa and with the South African Federation of Hospital Engineers, manages all operations in the service department, offering complete training solutions to end-users and different levels of technical training to healthcare facilities’ technical staff. Highly driven for results from customer feedback. Customer Relations Management upstream with numerous international suppliers & manufacturers, and downstream with all private sector hospital groups, government hospitals, private customers and consulting firms.
